A discreet entrance just off bustling Bishopsgate leads you into the light and stylish bar and dining room of a classic Steakhouse & Grill in the heart of the City.

The Steakhouse & Grill is a collaboration between Marco Pierre White and his friend and former Maitre D' James Robertson, founder of Lanes. James began his career working with Marco at Titanic, Drones and Quo Vadis before opening Lanes five years ago.

The large menu comprises everything you'd expect from a traditional steakhouse with the superior quality you'd expect from Marco Pierre White, as well as daily English specials and classic puddings.

Holding two AA Rosettes and winning Harden's Best New Restaurant London just 18 months after opening, Lanes was also shortlisted for the London Restaurant Awards Best Business Lunch 2008. 2009 heralds a new direction for this popular City venue as it positions itself under the guidance of Marco Pierre White as the City's premier Steakhouse & Grill.

Marco Pierre White Steakhouse is the sister restaurant to Kings Road Steakhouse & Grill on the Kings Road, Chelsea.
